House of Prairie Robin is a Doha bakery built around long fermentation and visible craft. We are not a café with a baking side room—the oven is the center, and the counter wraps it. Our name honors robins that nested near the founder’s first test oven in Canada; the house moved to Qatar with the same patience for dough.
